Have some balls.

In an effort to get more protein in my diet, I made a delicious snack.

I’ll call them Vegan Protein Power Balls.

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

2 tbsp natural peanut butter

1 scoop vegan protein powder. I used sprouts vanilla. You could also substitute with whey

1 Flax egg ( 1tbsp flax meal mixed with 1 tbsp water)

1/4 cup non dairy milk

Directions
Mix it all together and form into 6 balls.

    1. Almond butter would be great. It’s not cooked, so I wouldn’t use a regular egg. Regular milk could work too, or any non-dairy milk out there. You should get some flax meal! It’s so good for you and you can put it in your oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies, baked goods etc.
