In an effort to get more protein in my diet, I made a delicious snack.
I’ll call them Vegan Protein Power Balls.
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 scoop vegan protein powder. I used sprouts vanilla. You could also substitute with whey
1 Flax egg ( 1tbsp flax meal mixed with 1 tbsp water)
1/4 cup non dairy milk
Mix it all together and form into 6 balls.
